High Desert Moonfest

Join us for a Crook County celebration at the High Desert Moonfest in Prineville Oregon as we bring closure to the harvest season while ushered in by Autumn’s full moon solstice. But it’s more than just that! It’s Harvest to Heritage and the event explores not just the end of harvest, but the heritage that helped define Prineville. Agriculture, lumber, manufacturing, recreation, technology have all played a role both then and now! There are family filled fun events from touring local farms, ranches and timber production to historical walking tours, moonwalks, competitive activities all punctuated by an alley Oktoberfest!
